1. Who we are

Varry LLC (dba Holler Equipment) operates hollerequipment.com and this staging site. Questions or requests: sales@hollerequipment.com · 8401 Mayland Dr #7387, Richmond, VA 23294 · 571-249-7118. That reaches TJ and the team directly.

2. What we collect

Information you send us: name, email, phone, ZIP/delivery address, machine interest, message content, and any quote or order details.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referrer — recorded by our web host's server logs, our LiteSpeed page cache, and Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site for speed and security. We do not run Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or third-party advertising trackers. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.

Commerce data: the quotes you request and any order records. If we turn on online card payment, checkout is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor — your card details go to them, and we never store full card numbers on our servers. Today most deals close by phone or written quote.

3. How we use it

To answer quotes and support requests, fulfill orders, arrange freight, help with warranty and parts, keep the site running and secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Email: when you ask for a quote or parts, we email you about that request. You will also see an optional, unchecked box to join occasional Holler updates. Leave it unchecked and we only email you about your specific inquiry or order.

Text (SMS): the only texting is the kind you start. Our contact button opens a text to 571-249-7118 from your own phone, and we reply. We do not run automated SMS marketing or send text blasts. If we are in a text thread you started, reply STOP anytime and we stop.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that actually run this business, and only as much as each one needs to do its job:

• Fluent Forms — powers our quote, parts, and contact forms; entries are stored in our own WordPress database.
• FluentCRM — keeps your contact record and any list you opt into, self-hosted in our database (not a third-party marketing cloud).
• FluentSMTP with toSend — delivers the emails we send you (quote replies, order notices, and any updates you opted into).
• FluentCart — runs the cart, checkout, and order records.
• Fluent Support — handles your ticket if you open one for help.
• Google — only if you choose “Log in with Google.” Google confirms it is you; we never see your Google password.
• Chaty — the floating contact button that opens a call, text, or email to us.
• Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, and security/bot protection in front of the site; it processes request data like your IP.
• Our managed WordPress hosting provider — stores the site and its server logs.
• Freight carriers — to quote and deliver machines to your address.
• A PCI-compliant payment processor — only if and when online card payment is enabled.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people, rights, safety, and property.

5. Cookies and similar tech

We use essential cookies for cart/session and login, and Cloudflare may set a security cookie to tell humans from bots. Our contact button (Chaty) may store a small preference. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies today. You can block cookies in your browser, but blocking the essentials can break the cart or login.

6. Retention

We keep quote and order records as long as we need them for support, tax, accounting, and warranty facilitation, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required.

7. Your choices

Email sales@hollerequipment.com to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, or to opt out of any marketing messages. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.

8. Virginia and Maryland privacy rights

If you live in Virginia (covered by the CDPA) or Maryland (covered by the MODPA), you can ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — and if we say no, you can appeal that decision.

You can make these requests yourself or, where those laws allow, through an authorized agent acting on your behalf. Email sales@hollerequipment.com, or call or text 571-249-7118. We aim to respond within 45 days (our attorney may refine that timing before launch).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers today. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other browser opt-out signals where they apply — which is easy for us, since we already don't sell or share your data for ads.

One note on the fine print: some of these state-law rights depend on whether the law applies to a business our size and the kind of activity we do. Either way, we will honor an access, correction, or deletion request by email from anyone who asks, whatever state you are in.

9. Children

This site is for adults buying equipment. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

10. Security

We serve the site over HTTPS, sit behind Cloudflare, and use vendor controls appropriate to a small commerce site. No method of transmission is ever 100% secure.

11. Updates

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
