Support and FAQ

Delivery, parts, warranty, and machine operation — answered plainly.

How do I buy — cart or call?

Add the machine to the cart and request a delivered invoice. That is the buy path. Call or quote forms are for questions — not a substitute for the cart when you are ready to order.

When do I pay?

After we confirm stock and freight with the warehouse and you accept the final invoice. Then you get a secure Authorize.net payment link, or wire instructions if you prefer bank transfer. Submitting checkout never charges a card.

What do the Huayee model codes (like HY16C, SHY15, or LHY480) actually mean?

Every machine we sell is a Huayee, and the model code is the same SKU stamped on the crate and the tag — no secret Holler codes, no rebadging. Once you know the pattern, the code tells you what the machine is before you even see a photo.

HY + two digits + a letter (HY16C, HY14C, HY10C) is a mini excavator. HY + three digits + C (HY360C, HY480C, HY680C) is a stand-on loader. HY + three digits + D (HY480D) is a wheeled mini skid — that one lives on the Skid steers aisle. HY + four digits (HY1025C, HY1050C, HY1065C) is a mini skid steer. WHY + digits with no dash (WHY500, WHY1000, WHY1500) is a mini wheel loader.

Huayee America uses a parallel badge set we may stock later: SHY + digits (SHY10, SHY12, SHY15, SHY20, SHY27) are mini excavators; LHY + digits (LHY360, LHY480, LHY680) are mini skid loaders and land on the Skid steers aisle. Same idea as the HY codes — the letters tell you the family before you open the photo.

Attachments use their own tags: WHY- with a number (WHY-1) fits the WHY wheel loaders; HYE fits excavators; HYS fits the smaller stand-on and skid platforms; HYL fits the larger mini skids (1025 / 1050 / 1065). FHY is a forklift, RHY a road roller, and MHY a remote mower (MHY55-1 is a mower attachment). Aisle pages filter by these codes so the right family shows up when you shop.

What actually arrives on delivery day?

Your machine arrives inside a fully enclosed steel transit crate with heavy-duty protective wrapping. The freight carrier lowers it to your driveway using a hydraulic liftgate.

Do I need a forklift to unload?

No. Liftgate freight delivery to ground level at your driveway is included in the published delivered price across VA, WV, MD, and PA standard-access addresses.

What counts as standard access?

A paved or gravel driveway a freight truck can reach without special permits, low branches, or tight switchbacks. Steep lanes, gate codes with tight turns, or sites requiring a smaller truck get quoted before you pay.

How do I inspect the crate before signing?

Photograph all four sides and the top seal. Open what you can without unbolting the crate. Note scratches, dents, or torn wrap on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves.

What if I find concealed damage later?

Contact us the same day with photos. Concealed-damage windows follow carrier rules — we help you document the claim.

Who warranties the machine?

Shandong Huayee Heavy Industry underwrites major components, typically one year. Holler Equipment Co. facilitates claims, diagnostics, and US-stocked parts. We are not the underwriter.

How does a warranty claim work?

Text or email with model, serial number, photos, and a short description. We coordinate factory approval, parts shipment, and local repair guidance where needed.

How fast do parts ship?

Common filters, seals, pins, and wear items ship from the Pennsauken, NJ hub. Lead times vary by part — we quote before you order.

What engines do you use?

HUAYEE compact excavators commonly ship with Kubota diesel (D722 family) or Briggs and Stratton gas platforms depending on model.

Where is my manual?

Printed manuals ship in the crate. Digital copies are available on request with your serial number.

Where is the serial number?

Stamped on the frame rail and recorded on your delivery paperwork. You need it for parts, warranty, and registration.

Do attachments fit other brands?

Many quick-couplers and pin patterns match common 1–2 ton machines, but always match by pin size, dipper width, and auxiliary hydraulics.

Can I trade in my old machine?

We do not take trade-ins in v1. We can point you to regional buyers if you are replacing a rental-yard machine.

How do I reach you?

Email sales@hollerequipment.com or text 571-249-7118. We reply within one business day. We are not a live-answer call center.

Is there a showroom?

No. Holler is drop-ship only. You get crate-to-driveway delivery, not a lot tour.

What is a setup check?

Setup check — fluids, bolt torque, grease, canopy checks you complete on delivery day before first start.

Can you help on first start?

Yes during business hours. Text photos or video if a gauge, leak, or control feels wrong.

Do you finance?

Holler does not offer in-house financing in v1. We can share rent-vs-own math as education, not a loan offer.

How is pricing shown?

Published delivered prices are estimates that include liftgate freight to standard-access addresses in VA, WV, MD, and PA. Final totals are on the invoice you accept after we confirm with the warehouse. Checkout does not charge your card.

What states do you serve?

Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
